I have been a patient since birth - 55years in total. I do not feel that the surgery is what it was even a few years ago, it is constantly difficult to get through via telephone and there are never any appointments available in the online service. The receptionists , I realise are under pressure - but- do need to think at times how they speak to patients, what is important to one patient may not be to another. Practice nurses are under pressure I appreciate but one hardly spoke during an appointment and was matter of fact and un emotional The Gp's are overall good , when you can get to see one, although occasionally they seem deflated and slightly uninterested

Suggested improvements
General GP services need improving to access the services and contact needs upgrading to get through - maybe more staff would help - more specialised GP's would help especially in women health
