I spoke to 'Linda' who tells me that there are no appointments available for the next few weeks. I can ring in the morning for book on the day. When you ring you are told to ring again the following morning, and so it goes on.
The whole appointment system would be laughable if it was not so dire.
What do you have to do to get an appointment?
How can I comment on the cleanliness of the surgery , or treatment when you can't get an appointment to get in the building?
How ridiculous !!!
