The doctors that I have met are great and helpful. The problem is with administration. Booking an appointment is near impossible if you work. Typically two-week waiting time for an appointment and on the day ones get booked out in under ten minutes. Made worse by the fact that their splash message when you call takes two mins to get through as the just added new options saying they've changed on top of the old message rather than bothering to re-record it. It then typically takes at least 2 mins to get through, in addition, information about opening times on google is out of date. Getting repeat prescriptions is a nightmare. They DO NOT stick to the deadlines they set themselves on the slip you post into a box for them to get to later. I posted a skip Monday morning, then went to the appointed pharmacy four days later on Friday afternoon to find they had still not received the prescription request. The slip said it should be ready in 72 hours. This is the second or third time this has happened in a row out of 3 repeat requests I've made.
