What is great about the service is that the telephone call back from the GP worked well. The call came and because I was not able to take the call, Dr Watson left a friendly, full message. I was reassured that he understood. This is because the receptionist had taken key details and Dr Watson had that information to hand. He then went the extra mile and reserved an appointment for me in a practical, gentle way - so that he held the responsibility until a good next step was secured. Thank you
