The surgery is a joke, can not even get through on the phone to request an appointment. No doubt when I will eventually get through I will be told that there are no available appointments for the next 4weeks. Had my diabetic blood test done over three weeks ago was sent a letter asking t make an appointment with the GP as soon as possible. Possible! It that place that will be never. Son has had an overdue asthma review, can't get him an appointment either, now been told that he will probably have problems getting his repeat prescriptions as his review isn't up to date! How is that his fault when you don't answer the phones to make appointments! So frustrated with the place, been registered there for over 20 years, must be time for a change. There is definitely better practices out there!!!!
