There seems to be some general inprovements regarding Oakengates Medical Practice since the formation of Teldoc. The loss of senior GP's such as Dr Nolan and Dr Williams was a concern but new Doctors have been well received. The problem with this Practice, and most, if not all, are the receptionists. Different Receptionists can be polite or can be very curt, depends who you speak to. I have found today 15.05.19 both ladies were polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
