Yes the building is a bit shabby but I found all the staff very helpful and professional
The receptionists are doing a difficult job having to deal with rude demanding people( I have witnessed this on several occasions)
It’s a very busy surgery
I can honestly say that the service Ithat we have had has been excellent
I don’t get why there are so many negative comments
Please be patient and remember the staff have a difficult job to do
