Yes the building is a bit shabby but I found all the staff very helpful and professional The receptionists are doing a difficult job having to deal with rude demanding people( I have witnessed this on several occasions) It’s a very busy surgery I can honestly say that the service Ithat we have had has been excellent I don’t get why there are so many negative comments Please be patient and remember the staff have a difficult job to do

Every team I visit my GPS surgery i feel looked after. Receptionist are always helpful, polite and do their best to meet my needs. I highly recommend the way all issues are being dealt with professionalism but most care for me as a patient. Clinicians are good listeners and treat you with care despite all pressure from the system. Thank you Oak Lodge for being so good.
