The service is always very helpful and well received. I really know that the system is effective enough to get a timely appointment. I am never 100% confident in the sharing of personal information across a counter when there are lots of people around. I do not like that my name and other people's flashes up on a screen. I don't necessarily want people to know who I am. As a health worker I always announce myself in the waiting room rather than using someones name. Thanks.

Reception was very good. Care excellent. Appointment time was a little wait, that probably could do with improving. But I do understands you get very busy.
