Everytime we've requested an appt we have had one on the same day. Which 8s amazing from what we here about from other people waiting a long time for appointments.
The AskmyGp system works wonderfully well.
Prescription requests are done straight away. I use boots chemist Ambleside and they often say the prescription is ready just a couple of hours after I submitted my request to the drs via Patients Access.
Myself, my husband and my Father have all had wonderful service from the friendly and efficient drs and nurses. Referrals have been done at the appropriate time, no delaying, and we've been kept informed of progress.
Receptionists are excellent being extremely helpful, polite and friendly.
The building inside and out is always very clean and also looks lovely with pictures etc and well laid out.
We're all so grateful to have Nutwood as our surgery.
