New parking rules are not made clear and signage is inadequate with no signs at reception. No signs as you enter road to surgery and all signs are too high and badly placed to be remotely obvious. Spoke to receptionist who never mentioned requirement to register car and no sign obviously visible. Parking eye are also an appalling company to try to deal with. Comment from surgery of signage everywhere is also untrue
Suggested improvements
Better signs especially in reception and pharmacy area. Lower signs on wall and add additional signs that face you as you walk from surgery parking to reception and add sign at entrance road to area that it is ALL pay and display.
Chose a more approachable parking company to deal with.
