It is almost impossible to contact the surgery by 'phone. Their is no online booking system. No confirmations of appointments are issued and no reminders e-mailed.
Suggested improvements
Patient care when you get to see a nurse or doctor is good.
Customer care by the reception staff is poor and communication with the practice all but impossible.
