Receptionist unhelpful, uncaring and abrupt to the point of rudeness.
Suggested improvements
Appeared to care.
Had an ability to book an appointment for a day other than the current one, especially when there are no appointments for the current day left.
Unhelpful for patients to have to call daily to get an appointment and can hardly be efficient.
