Getting an appointment is usually not a problem but getting any answers about ongoing problems seems impossible. No referrals, no sense of urgency, just left to worry or left in pain.
Thank you for taking the time to send your feedback. We are disappointed to read of your recent experience which seems far from what we strive to achieve. Please do get in contact with me so I can better understand, and therefore respond to your concerns and look to see where we can improve. Sarah Clements, Practice Manager
Consistently reliable and dependable
Always a positive experience
Surgery willingly goes over and above expectations
Hello Thank you for leaving your feedback and for your positive comments. Our opening hours are on our website: www.northiamandbroadoaksurgery.co.uk We place notices up when we need to close for training - we usually try to do this during staff lunch breaks, so from 1-2 pm. We also have mandatory training as notified by the local commissioners, where all surgeries in the area are closed for an afternoon. There are usually 3 or 4 of these during the year. . Emergency cover is provided. Again, we place notices on the doors for these. We hope this is helpful. If you need more assistance, please do get in touch. Thank you Northiam Surgery
Northiam Surgery is easy to access by phone or online. It is usually possible to see or speak with a GP on the day if urgent. Reception Staff and Pharmacy Staff are helpful and accommodating. GP’s and Nursing Staff are friendly and professional. Dr Parnell is excellent.
We are new to the practise and are overwhelmed by how much better and accessible it is compared to our old practice.
I have always received exceptional service from the surgery team (doctors, pharmacists & admin) and I am very grateful to them all. Thank you so very much.
Northiam and Broad Oak Surgeries was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
