Getting an appointment is usually not a problem but getting any answers about ongoing problems seems impossible. No referrals, no sense of urgency, just left to worry or left in pain.

Suggested improvements
If you don't know what's causing the symptoms, please try and refer me to someone who might. This is why people don't bother getting things checked before it's too late. It seems nobody cares.
