All members of staff from doctors, practice nurses, pharmacy and receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Appointments can be be arranged weeks in advance or very quickly when needed. Minor operations are carried out in house thereby doing away with the need to visit hospital some 12 miles distant. My doctor, Dr. James, reviews my medication every six months and listens to my concerns and does not insist on drugs to remedy a condition if an alternative natural dietary remedy is suggested and works and is beneficial. I am a heart patient and as well as my six monthly reviews at the surgery ( every other review is under the Bexhill and Rother Cardiology Scheme ie BARCS ) in addition I attend the Conquest Hospital Cardiology dept. for six monthly check on my I.C.D pacemaker and a yearly check up with a Consultant. Between Northiam Surgery and the Conquest Hospital I believe I am getting excellent treatment that is second to none!
