My wife and I have been with this practice ever since 1967, when it was located in Watling Street. We have always experienced excellent care, are listened to and our views and wants carefully considered. Recently (January 9 2015), we both suffered with a severe chest infection and cough and cold. Dr Peter Biggs saw me within a few minutes of reporting to the receptionist, and phoned my wife who was unable to leave the house. The treatment prescribed very soon began to alleviate our symptoms, and we certainly could not have wished for better response and treatment. The receptionist at the Blean branch of the surgery are always most helpful.
