Train reception staff, including basics like manners. Information should be made available to the patient about their own care not at the receptionists discretion. Overall this surgery seems to be over until with patients...long waiting times and short rushed appointments. Getting referrals made at this surgery is a nightmare! Gp will make thesevery no problem but chasing them up is so difficult Wouldn't recommend using this surgery, I myself will be changing.
