This used to be a good surgery, over the last several years many change has happened. Receptionist especially the temporary ones on morning duty can be extremely impatient and rude to patients. Some of the receptionists are extremely unhelpful, think her name is Rose. They clearly need better training, these receptionists aren't medically trained and yet expected to record patients self diagnosis before seeing a doctor. Now to the doctors, absolutely pot luck in who you would see. Some have empathy and would help patients get through their issue. Others time box you as, as quoted by Dr Olsen "not within our policy" - what a joke! Whole place needs shaping up.
