One receptionist seemed quite unhelpful and didn't appear to want to help me, I asked for the patient access form and form to access my medical records as advertised on the notice board, she was unsure whether she'd give me the correct form and it seemed like to much trouble for her. She was rather sharp and short tempered in her manner, not at all caring or wanting to help. I felt as if I was bothering her! There was a mistake with my blood test appointment, this also seemed tiresome and my fault. The receptionists all appeared very busy and rather stressed.
