Trying to make an appointment by telephone, the receptionist was very off-putting, he was short, and I felt I was a nuisance. When I pointed this out, he said he wouldn't have to deal with me, he could just hang up. This is absolutely incredible; his unspoken message was basically - you either put up with it or go somewhere else. He did not care! And this was just trying to make an appointment!
