Appalling
I have been at the surgery for 25 years, I am in excruciating pain with my back which is on my records that I have a problem with it and am waiting to see a consultant
NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE NOW OR TO PRE BOOK what am I supposed to do
This really is a problem After all this time I will have to change doctors so sad and unfair
