This poor excuse of a surgery will really be the death of me...took days and hundreds of phone calls, and i mean HUNDREDS to finally get a telephone consultation, the Dr on the phone couldn't of been anymore helpful and that is where it ends, i tell him Ive found a lump in my stomach, so i got offered an appointment same day, turn up and Ive got appointment with a nurse, she tells me its a fatty lump, OK why isit painful and what about other issues surrounding it, sorry she says its an emergency appointment and i can only deal with 1 thing, you will need to make another appointment to deal with other issues! if i wasnt depressed when i went in, i sure am now. so there i was hushed out the door with a scan to follow (no idea how long this could take) and my 2 minute appointment over. totally failed again!!!

Stay away from this surgery, getting an appointment is like trying to win the lottery, almost impossible call 8am i'm told ....engaged engaged engaged, I think the phones are purposely taken off I tried for 4 days to get an appointment, so then tried speaking to receptionist to see if I could get one, ha ha. I said even if its a months time that would be good, she said sorry no I can't book you one ? I am going to have to look for another surgery that does see patients

Like everyone else on here saying ...this is an awful surgery, am told to ring at 8am to get an appointment, well that's like trying to win the lottery , engaged engaged engaged till you realise you've been on 20 mins ...by which time all appointments have gone. Only at this surgery because my last doctor retired and because of stupid postcode or whatever it is i'm very limited as to which surgery I can attend

Did a review early March about how hard it is to get an appointment. Its not improved any and I notice the surgery has stopped answering comments does this mean they dont care about the reviews being posted. I have managed to get an appointment after all this time but not straight away. Come on Northdown how are you going to improve????..
