I have been trying everyday for 2 weeks to make an appointment to keep being told all the appointments have gone and to phone back in the morning in which i do and still cant get a appointment im suffering with a bad back and can hardly move i find that the help im getting is very poor and the receptionists just dont want to help you at all im getting very fed up and angry with this surgery they are becoming a joke bring back Dr Ryder i say

I am extremely sorry to hear of your problems. We offer telephone consultations every day so, at the very least, you should be able to speak with a clinician.
