This poor excuse of a surgery will really be the death of me...took days and hundreds of phone calls, and i mean HUNDREDS to finally get a telephone consultation, the Dr on the phone couldn't of been anymore helpful and that is where it ends, i tell him Ive found a lump in my stomach, so i got offered an appointment same day, turn up and Ive got appointment with a nurse, she tells me its a fatty lump, OK why isit painful and what about other issues surrounding it, sorry she says its an emergency appointment and i can only deal with 1 thing, you will need to make another appointment to deal with other issues! if i wasnt depressed when i went in, i sure am now. so there i was hushed out the door with a scan to follow (no idea how long this could take) and my 2 minute appointment over. totally failed again!!!
