Getting an appointment is really difficult, the moment i pick up a phone to ring was engaged so went and and queued outside got to reception and all the appointments were gone by then .i find Receptionist rude at times .

I appreciate the difficulty in getting an appointment currnelty as we are short of doctors. However, there is no reason for anyone to be rude. Please contact the surgery and advise us to whom you spoke so we can deal with this matter. Kind Regards, Tricia Practice Manager
