Every GP I have ever seen at this practice has been unstintingly polite & keen to resolve problems. They *listen* - a skill not possessed by everyone !
New premises are light & spacious.
Booking an appointment requires patience because the phone line is extremely busy. However, once through the receptionists always try to accommodate one's requirements.
Having the facility to email prescription requests makes repeat script ordering easy.

I love the new premises where we have special consulting rooms for additional services other than the GPs general rooms. The staff are always brilliantly helpful.
