We have had quite a few problems previously with a water dispenser in the waiting room, so decided not to install one in our new premises, staff are always happy to provide a drink for you. Thank you for your comment, I am sorry to hear you have been fed up with seeing locum doctors. We have seen a lot of GP changes in the last 18 months here at Northbourne and it has been necessary to use locum GPs to allow us to see all the patients requiring appointments. We have just had two new doctors join us and another one in January so we are hopepful for a period of stability which should see the reduction of locum GP use. Jill Grey Practice Manager
