Doctors are mostly pleasant and patient.
Calling the surgery is a nightmare - especially in the mornings.
Online booking offers nothing other than very long distant appointments.
Communication not good:-
Results not passed on etc.
Long waits.
Delays in test results.

The care here is always excellent - everyone is always extremely friendly - I've never had such a great doctor (sometimes a little delayed but to be expected).

This practice is fabulous. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and try to meet your needs.
The Miami clinic is a great asset for immediate GP referral.
