The practice was extremely accommodating and moved a blood test to fit in with GP appointment. Reception staff couldn't have been better. Pharmacy on site is fantastic and Karen is such an asset. When you have issues in the press regarding GP surgeries, we are blessed to have the Northbourne.
The only issue is the telephone system. There is no problem to ring at 8 am for same day appointments, but the call-handling system is antiquated Ringing on re-dial for 20 mins to get through is ridiculous when surely you could be put into a "queue?"

Thank you for your feedback and kind comments. I am sorry to hear about your frustrations with the phone system, we do have a queuing system but the phone does give an engaged tone if all lines are busy, which I suspect is what happended in your case. Perhaps you would consider registering for our on-line service Patient Access, this may avoid you hanging on the telephone as you are able to book appointments on-line.

Seeing Dr. Amy. She is wonderful and instills confidence in me(another Dr. Nick Lewis who was amazing).
Just wish she(Dr Amy) was full time at Northbourne.
