Doctor was interested, helpful and caring. Discussed treatment and involved me. You feel that her time is yours without being rushed. Reception is very friendly and helpful. My surgery is a lovely friendly village practice, very welcoming.

This is a fantastic surgery. The nurses, doctors and reception staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. They care about the wellbeing of their patients. work with me as a patient with several unpredictable chronic conditions to get the best regime in place to help manage these and make me as comfortable as possible. They are patient focused and treat people as people and not a statistic.

Could not get an appointment at local surgery, for 2 weeks, so had to travel to newidgate. Came back to north holmwood to get prescription and had very rude service by pharmacy. Huffing and puffing.. Very rude... as I asked questions on how to administer and how often to changed medication... In all took me 1 hr 30 min.. Was all for keeping the pharmacy open but with that level of service don't mind the hike into town!

Not long to wait. Very pleasant nurse (removing stitches). No pain at all!! Drs, nurses and Gps all wonderful in this practice.
