Very satisfied with the medical care, but have difficulty getting appointments at North Holmwood. I do not have a car or children, and therefore if offered appointments at Brockham, this means I would have to have a taxi cost £36. I had difficulty getting a flu jab, and after 5 phone calls over 4 weeks was eventually given a doctors appointment to receive it. Had been offered Brockham, but would have been easier to make an appointment with Boots the Chemist for £12.99 than pay taxi fares. Difficulty at times getting taxi for Doctors appointment at North Holmwood, but this obviously is not the surgery fault, but rather where I live. Recently had a mastectomy, very prompt referral by Dr.J. Thompson, and excellent attention from East Surrey Hospital. Being able to telephone for repeat prescriptions which are collected by Friths, is an excellent service. Long may it continue. I have been a patient at North Holmwood for 33 years, and it is sad that the service has deteriorated since joining with Brockham and Newdigate
