I called to get an appointment for a emergency contraceptive pill pack and check up as I was going away I must say I was absolutely disgusted with the attitude the receptionist gave me . She stated to me that this is not really an emergency and that I need to be better prepared and was very cold and rude towards me. I thought receptionists were supposed to be friendly? I am so appalled by this that if this happens again I will take this further.
