I think the pharmacy services have been cut back too far. For repeat subscriptions if you can't get into the surgery and you can't use the web site how do you order??
Bring back the telephone service. It worked well for us patients before.
It is still difficult to get an appointment with you preferred Doctor, who has treated you for many years, sometimes weeks.
