I normally book appointments/repeat prescriptions on-line and find it very easy/effective.
As a result I have been to your Newdigate and Brockham surgeries.
The on-line service is one of your advantages - yet it is not mentioned in this survey?

I have never had a problem with getting an appointment. The staff are really helpful and consider your needs. The absolute best thing about this surgery is the dispensary. Without this service I and many others would struggle to get the medication we need. The surgery is situated in a very convenient place and parking is good although occasionally a bit tight.
