This surgery exists solely to make money for the partners. Patients are made to feel unwelcome. Phones are not answered and if you can get through every effort is made by unfriendly staff to prevent you from seeing a doctor. There is a big staff turnover. When you find a doctor that you feel you can trust they will have left by the next time you need to see them. I'm tempted to recommend staying away from this toxic practice but if they want constructive criticism I humbly suggest the following. Please answer the phones. Please make an effort to keep good staff. Please don't leave patients waiting too long in reception without any explanation. Please make an effort to improve patient outcomes maybe consider alternative methods of referral for urgent cases. Please review your policies and ethos. Please consider your patients.You are meant to be a 'caring' profession so please CARE.
