I am new to the area and recently enrolled at this surgery. Unfortunately, it has not been a good experience. The receptionists seem a bit clueless and not very friendly. They lost my prescription and caused me quite a bit of hassle in terms of getting a new one issued. It's difficult to get an appointment and the two appointments I've had have been very late (one I had to wait 50 mins). I have seen two different doctors and neither left me feeling confident I had a plan of action in terms of treatment. I miss my old surgery!
