Wish I could give five stars but it is difficult to get through to the surgery. If you ring when the surgery opens and are patient I do usually get through and manage to get a call back. On this recent occasion I did feel the need to complain but that was on my husbands behalf. He'd had an xray and was in great pain but had to wait four weeks for the result so that was frustrating.
Suggested improvements
The timescale was too long to get the x-ray result. We couldn't make a plan to go forward until we had the results. All of this time he was in great pain.
