Never able to book an appointment at the appropriate times. Instead we have to book via triange website, not able speak to someone directly. The receptionists are rather blunt/ rude, who want to know what the medical issues are, even though its personal and they have no prior medical training. During the past 3 years I have only seen one doctor, as nurses seem to take on added duties.

Suggested improvements
More doctors needed in practice. Increase appointment time slots for all people not just old and young. More receptionist staff (friendly/ empathy) at high usage times.
