I was in desperate need of help with an ongoing problem I didn't want to go to the extreme of a+e and clog the hospital up more than it already is if not needed as im aware people are getting sent to a+e unnecessarily , I wanted to speak to a doctor at least first, all I got was a text message back with no further way of accessing help from the GP as i needed help that day not a few days down the line after a sample had been done, ive ended up being admitted to hospital 24 hours after trying to access help from the GP, this is an ongoing problem that north brink know about and all I got back was a text message with no way of responding

Suggested improvements
I understand why the triage system is in place but it doesn't work, its to long winded when your keeled up on the floor in pain with an ongoing stomach problem and genuinely poorly people are being fobbed off, at least a return call to speak to someone should have been the minimum, Northbrink have let me down on numerous occasions now and is beyond a joke, I appreciate the pressure and busyness the practice must be under, but I have absolutely no faith in the service and can't ever access the services you are supposed to provide, I know if I ever get poorly the gp is usually a waste of time, you can't just keep fobbing people off to a+e to unclog your systems, you are playing with people's lifes, if I get poorly I know ive either got to suffer with it, live with it or go to hospital and hope they don't turn you away after waiting in a+e for 8 hours to be seen, north brink used to be a good practice I've been with all my life but I'm gunna have to start trying to find a better practice
