I couldn’t get an appointment when I really needed it the previous day.
Also if you are not available to fill in the triage form at 8am that day you are unable to get an appointment. The triage form also crashed when I had partially completed it and it was then a gamble if I had lost my opportunity.
Also if you are someone like myself who rarely visits the doctors and will only ever go when things have got that bad will constantly think others need the appointments more than yourself and put off preserving.
Suggested improvements
Just the booking system of appointments.
Would be more beneficial to book directly on line and sometimes in advance if the condition is not urgent
The care I time I received at the appointment was tremendous.
