Very difficult to get an appointment you really have to stand your ground and know what your rights are as a patient really should not be this way. Their online booking system give more appointments but if you call you can't get booked in. So unless you have Internet and login details then you will have a tough time with the receptionists. Not impressed with care and plan management will happily dismiss suggestions and send you on your way with analgesia. The surgery should be treating the symptoms but also finding out the cause of the symptoms. Not very welcoming
