I visited in practice Physio Dan thorugh examination about my sciatica.supplied a small chart of stretches and advice about paracetamol and nsads I was prescribed amitriptyline initially at 10mg but he consulted a doctor and he increased it to 20mg.
I was a bit surprised that Dan said I could get a visit with the local physio centre but wgen I enquired I was told that a serious appt 4 to 6 weeks and if not up to 18weeks!!
Suggested improvements
Negotiate shorter times on physio centre, perhaps arrange a xray or cat scan to check out my lower back.
Perhaps a check up to follow, how I'm doing it's been 5 or 6 weeks
