It is almost impossible to get an appointment by telephone on the day. At 8.00am I started calling the surgery which was aways engaged. On two occasions I did get through to the automated system only to be told the queue was full and was disconnected. At 8.18am joined the queue and at 8.23am was told there were no appointments left for the day. I was however offered an appointment at Clarkson Surgery on the coming Saturday. At this appointment I was asked by the receptionist and doctor if ok to share my information from the appointment to which I agreed. A few days later I received a call from North Brink asking the same question about agreement to share my information. What is going on!

Suggested improvements
This is not the first time I have had a problem getting an appointment. In March I was told to call 111 and got a same day appointment with a GP at North Brink. You need to provide more appointments. Why does Clarkson Surgery operate an overflow surgery on Saturdays but not North Brink?
