A mixed bag.
I only try to book an appointment when I feel really ill and mostly fail to be seen.
I'd rather be ill sometimes than being badly triaged.
Suggested improvements
The physio should have shown up on time. I was at the room at 7:55 for an 8am appointment. She went in the room at 8:05, calling me in at 8:10.
A good session was had.
Your complaints about patients missing appointments is undermined by your staff being late. This was the 3rd time that physiotherapists have been late.
While sitting waiting I saw several staff walking in in the last couple of minutes before 8am. I'm sure many 8am appointments would be late as staff settled in.
Stop complaining at us while you're not ready yourselves.
