Cannot get an appointment for at least 3 weeks according to reception.
Yet I was told in a call to make an appointment.
I should like to express my appreciation for the service I received from Suzane at reception.
She handled my problematic inquiry calmly and with great professionalism.
Her manner was warm, patient and sympathetic so that she was able to resolve my issues efficiently. She is an asset to your "Fouthine" staff.
Very difficult to get an appointment you really have to stand your ground and know what your rights are as a patient really should not be this way.
Their online booking system give more appointments but if you call you can't get booked in. So unless you have Internet and login details then you will have a tough time with the receptionists.
Not impressed with care and plan management will happily dismiss suggestions and send you on your way with analgesia.
The surgery should be treating the symptoms but also finding out the cause of the symptoms.
Not very welcoming
The staff are all well trained and pleasant.
I prefer to see my own doctor but if he is not available and am happy to see someone else.\
The telephone system is much better since it went back to a local number.
Nurse practionere had time to talk and answer questions.
