I filled up the triage form on Monday only to find out the system was down I then phoned the surgery to be told all appointments were full I then contacted 111 who advised me to make a 24hr appt back on the phone again to be told the next day I would have to fill in another triage form when I eventually got to the surgery the doctor I saw was excellent. Hardly a great system
I could not initially get an appointment but they called me back with an appointment.
I didn’t receive a consultation…I was supposedly diagnosed from a phone conversation with a receptionist..
What ever answer I give about how an appointment has to be made with regard to the style of system you have, you will always just reply with, that is the way we do it nowadays. Therefore, it is not worth commenting on.
I have always found the service very good at North Brink surgery. I have found the triage service works well and I have always managed to speak to or see someone to my satisfaction.
