my son, was daft enough to swallow a magnetic marble. upon arriving in the child waiting area we were "triage'd" promptly and thanks to the way the waiting room is designed, there were items to distract him from the discomfort and fear of what may lay ahead. staff were clearly very busy and stressed, yet professional, courtesy and understanding. All my family will continue to go to Epsom over awful St Helier Hospital , which is classed as our local A&E
