Every time I either call, message or pop in to the clinic I greatly appreciate the kind, patient and well informed help I receive. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone, whether a GP, nurse, or non medical staff.
Over the past few years we have called upon Nork clinic for many reasons, and their response has always been the same. Caring, dedicated, efficient, kind and supportive.
Suggested improvements
Please don't change anything! You're all so kind and supportive, I never feel as if I am trying to manage caring for my Uncle alone.
