Dr Deen is very caring and takes medical complaints seriously. Other doctors I have seen at the clinic haven't listened or just sent me home. The majority of times I have called to make an appointment, I have been spoken to by a rude have never been on time.
Nurses are very pleasant.

Attention to listening to the problem and acting-trying to avoid a visit to A and E. Further come from the practice nurse.

Again waiting 20 - 30 minutes after the appointment time for a doctor! Over 2 -3 years and dozen visits every time.
I'm left waiting for 20 - 40 mins having arrived on time. I've written several times complaining but never had a reply. Should I write to the BMA/PCT direct?

Thank you for your comments and sorry you had to wait. Doctors do run late alot of the times as some patients come with more then one problem even though we do say 1 problem per consultation but this is always not the case and the Doctor has to take the time to deal with this which means there is a knock on effect when seeing the next patient. Doctors who are on call may have to deal with an emergency during their surgery too, which does happened but not very often and this can also lead to patients waiting. We have now added catch up slots for doctors inbetween seeing patients so that Doctors can try to catch up. BMA are considering changing routine patient consultation time from 10 to 15 minutes but accroding to NHS England guidelines , routine appointments are still 10 minutes until we are advised in the future. Betty Offringa - black have been at this practise since before 1978. Since the doctors Ahmed took over it was improved beyond recognition and has continued to improve.
The reception staff are always helpful and all the doctors are exceptional, time is always tight, however, one is even made to feel 'rushed'. I have recommended people to this clinic in the past and they could not believe the great.
Care and attention then received. I feel very lucky to be a patient.
